Output of data

You can print graphs, tables or data. You can export these graphs, tables or data also to a file, or to the clipboard to paste them for example in a text file. It is up to you to make first a selection from the variables or records with the selection filter.

Printer

The  item is send immediately to the printer

With the most print buttons you will get the different output options.

File

Text and numbers can be entered in a file. The file gets the extension TXT. A drawing can be copied to the clipboard and pasted from there. A drawing from Dataplot can be saved in four formats: bmp, wmf, emf, jpeg (bitmap, metafile, and enhanced metafile)

Clipboard

The drawing is copied to the clipboard. You can paste the drawing to another program and edit the drawing

Export

In order to work with the data in another program for example in Excel you have to export the data with Options Export

Word and Excel

The item is immediately send to the program. In the taskbar an icon of the other program appears.
