Data analysis menu: Descriptive statistics

After the selection of this option you are first asked to choose the variables, unless only one variable is valid. You can use more, even all variables at the same time with the >> button. On the right-hand side of the screen there are a number of choice possibilities and buttons.

Median

Show or do not show the median

Modus

Show or do not show the modus

Quartiles

Show or do not show the quartiles

Standard deviation

Show or do not show the standard deviation

Variable

With this button you can select another variable.

Print

You can print direct the descriptive statistics, copy to the clipboard or save as file.

Pull-down menu

These options are also available from the pull-down menu below Descriptive statistics. In the pull-down menu you can turn off the panel on the right-hand side with the menu option Buttons.

The option Group is available if the data are divided.
